When you step into a field with cows and the cows don't recognize you they will most likely approach you very slowly staring at you the whole time. I have done this a number of times and it always has given me the same result. The cows learn who the regular ranch workers are and pay them no attention (unless they are bringing some delightful food like green beans) so humans are associated with food but are not food. The cows give a look of wondering what are you doing here. At most I've had to endure being licked, as cows love salt!
Growing in Photography from snapshots to creating composed works and abstract images has been long process.
