Description
There is real lot of team work that goes into a Cattle Drive but watching the dogs tighten up a 200 head of cattle by running circles around them is an amazing sight. This shot was taken at the end of the drive at the Pioneer Museum at Roberts Ranch in Immokalee, Florida. I was fortunate to photograph the entire drive and Jamboree that followed it was fun for all.

Thank you Helene!! This image was shot in 2018 and used by Collier County Museums to promote the 2019 Cattle Drive and Jamboree. It has appeared in commercials and other printed materials. The county printed a 5 foot by 10 foot cloth banner to promote the event with this image and my name on it. It will be featured again this Fall in my one man show at the museum from October thru December 2019.

I love seeing the dogs working. I have a blue heeler and I have never had a dog who is so smart and loving. Follows me everywhere. Nice photo.
